4.5 You must travel with a valid Boarding Pass
(a) Travel without a valid Boarding Pass: You must travel with a valid Boarding Pass. You will
be considered to have travelled without a valid Boarding Pass if you travel without a Boarding Pass at all or you travel with a Boarding Pass which you are not entitled to or you travel without a Boarding Pass which you have purchased, or you travel on any service on which your Boarding Pass does not permit travel, or you travel in breach of the Terms & Conditions of Carriage, or you travel after the expiry date of your Boarding Pass, or you travel further than your Boarding Pass permits, or you travel with a Boarding Pass which is declared by these Terms & Conditions of Carriage to be invalid.
(b) Effect of travelling without a Boarding Pass: We will not allow you to board a service if you do not have a valid Boarding Pass. If you do travel on any service without a valid Boarding Pass, you shall leave the service when asked, and we may remove you from the coach if you refuse, unless you immediately purchase a valid Special Pass for your journey and you pay the full appropriate fare as specified by our staff for the journey which you are making. We may charge you a reasonable administration fee for issuing any Special Pass and charging any additional fare.
(c) Fraudulent Booking Confirmation, Odyssey eTicket, eTicket or Boarding Pass: If we have reasonable grounds for considering that a Booking Confirmation, Odyssey eTicket, eTicket or Boarding Pass has been fraudulently
 
used, we reserve the right to confiscate the Booking Confirmation, Odyssey eTicket, eTicket or Boarding Pass and prevent you from travelling on our services. No refund will be provided for any travel refused on the basis that fraudulent use of a Booking Confirmation, Odyssey eTicket, eTicket or Boarding Pass is suspected, and we shall have no further obligations or liability to you.
4.6 Care of your Booking Confirmation, Odyssey eTicket, eTicket or Boarding Pass: You must take care of your Booking Confirmation, Odyssey eTicket, eTicket or Boarding Pass.
(a) LOST BOOKING CONFIRMATIONS, ODYSSEY eTICKETS, eTICKETS OR BOARDING PASSES: WE WILL NOT BE OBLIGED TO REPLACE YOUR BOOKING CONFIRMATIONS, ODYSSEY eTICKETS, eTICKETS OR BOARDING PASSES IF IT IS LOST, MISLAID OR STOLEN. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY FOR A NEW BOOKING TO ENABLE YOU TO TRAVEL.
(b) SPOILED OR TAMPERED BOARDING PASSES: IF YOUR BOARDING PASS IS SPOILED OR TAMPERED WITH, IT WILL BE INVALIDATED, AND IF YOU TRAVEL WITH IT, YOU WILL BE CONSIDERED TO HAVE TRAVELLED WITHOUT A BOARDING PASS. IF YOUR BOARDING PASS IS SPOILED OR TAMPERED WITH BEFORE YOU TRAVEL, THEN WE MAY REPLACE YOUR BOARDING PASS IF YOU ASK FOR A REPLACEMENT A REASONABLE TIME BEFORE YOU ARE TO TRAVEL, AND YOU PROVIDE US WITH PROOF OF YOUR PURCHASE, YOUR IDENTITY, AND
