(b) Expiry of your Booking Confirmation, Odyssey eTicket, eTicket or Boarding Pass: When your Booking Confirmation, Odyssey eTicket, eTicket or Boarding Pass expires, it is no longer valid for travel. However, if your Booking Confirmation, Odyssey eTicket, eTicket or Boarding Pass expires during any journey you are making, then if your Booking Confirmation, Odyssey eTicket, eTicket or Boarding Pass was valid at the time your journey commenced or should have commenced, its validity will be extended to allow you to complete your journey.
(c) Ownership of Boarding Pass: Your Boarding Pass remains our property at all times and if a
Boarding Pass is defaced,damaged or tampered with, or lost, it is not valid for travel. We reserve the right to refuse to issue a replacement Boarding Pass in such circumstances.
2.5 Seat reservations by phone:
(a) Making a seat reservation: If you wish to reserve a seat on a particular service you must
make the reservation by phone via our Info/Booking Line at least five (05) days before your required departure date. After the seat(s) are reserved for you, you may choose to pay for it within a 2-days period. If after the 2-days period no payment has been made, the reservations will be released. All reservations are subject to availability of seats on the service for which you request a reservation and you will not be given a reservation if no seats are available on the service. A reservation of a seat does not guarantee you a particular seat on a coach and we may alter the seat which is assigned to you at
 
any time. No reservation will be accepted within the five (05) days before your required departure date, payment must be made immediately either via Our Website or from our departure and arrival points, offices, centres or agents.
(b) Cancelling or changing seat reservations (for reservations by phone): You may cancel or change your reservation, by notice to us. However, cancellation and changes to reservations after the departure of your required service shall be considered to be a cancellation of the ticket. Certain ticket categories have special conditions which do not permit changes to or cancellation of reservations.We reserve the right not to accept or entertain any change of seats for phone reservations.
2.6 Amendments to your ticket:
2.4 Validity of your Booking Confirmation, Odyssey eTicket, eTicket or Boarding Pass:
(a) Cancelling your booking: We do not provide refunds if you cancel your Booking. You are
allowed to change your departure date and time up to a maximum of two (02) times per Booking,
Changes to the origin and destination of travel are not permitted.
(b) Permitted amendments: You may request the following amendments to your Booking, once it has been issued: an amendment to the type of Fare (such as from a Child Fare to an Adult Fare); an amendment to the day, date and time of the Booking; and an amendment to a meal request for the applicable journey.
